About Us

Process

Aberdeen Building Group offers a complimentary discovery meeting that determines the project scope and realistic cost estimate. The actual work is a two-part process – Design and Building. The Design phase includes a plan design, if one is not already established, and finish selections. These steps allow determination a more finely tuned, itemized budget and the ability to plan better in the Building Phase.

Once Aberdeen Building Group is engaged for the Building phase, the Design phase fees are credited back to the client.
